A flexible spending account is also known as an FSA. Like a health savings account (HSA), it’s a program that allows you to set aside money (before taxes) for specific health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

Warby Parker accepts FSA dollars for all prescription eyewear purchases (this includes prescription sunglasses and progressives too!) and exams, as long as your FSA or HSA (health savings account) card is affiliated with a major credit card.

If you would like to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please call us at 888.492.7297, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET. We’re happy to set that up.

Before ordering, make sure you have an up-to-date prescription and a PD, which can be measured here. After ordering, be sure to keep an eye out for any potential emails from us about missing information.

Quick note: This time of year, it becomes difficult for us to contact doctors for prescriptions because many of their offices are closed. (That’s why we urge you to have your prescription ready at checkout.)
